Our subscription puts your healthy eating routine on autopilot. Once subscribed via the app, you will receive your selected meals daily without having to place manually recurring orders. Instead of paying on a rolling basis, you pay for the exact number of days you subscribe for. You can choose any duration from 1 to 180 days. Your plan is fully flexible, allowing you to skip or swap meals at any time.
To avoid palate fatigue, we run a rotating menu of over 50+ fresh, nutrient-rich meals like smoothie bowls, overnight soaked oats, chia puddings, gourmet toasts and many more. This ensures you never have to eat the same meal twice during a standard monthly plan cycle.
Swapping is simple and fast. If you see an upcoming meal you want to change, open the Kinnow app, navigate to the "My Meals" tab, tap "Swap" on order card, and select from the available swap options for that day. This allows you to customize your menu to fit your taste. Please ensure you make any swaps before the 11:00 PM cut-off time the night before.
If you're heading out, eating out, or just want to skip a day, tap the "Skip" button on your upcoming meal card in the app. There are no questions asked, no calls to make, and your subscription day rolls over automatically so you don't lose any money/order. Please ensure you submit your skip before the 11:00 PM cut-off time the night before.
To ensure freshness and avoid food wastage, the cut-off time for skips and swaps is 11:00 PM on the night before your scheduled delivery.
Instead of pausing, you can simply skip your meals for the days you are away. If you run out of skips, you can request additional skips on-demand by reaching out to our support team, and they will add them for you.

No. All subscription orders come with 100% free delivery inside our service zones. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden service fees, delivery charges, or convenience fees.
Yes. You can update your delivery address and slot details directly from the app. Please make sure to save address or slot changes before the 11:00 PM cut-off time the night before.
Never. We do not use frozen meals or central commercial kitchens that pre-package food days in advance. All Kinnow breakfast bowls are prepared fresh in our hyperlocal micro-kitchens (serving a tight 2km radius). This ensures maximum nutritional integrity and zero compromise on taste.
