Act, 2000 and rules thereunder and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
A. Overview
The mobile application “Kinnow” (the “App”) and website www.kinnowdaily.com (the “Site”), collectively referred
to as the “Platform”, are operated by Kinnow Daily Foods LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of India with
its registered office in Haryana and operating branch in Bangalore.
Throughout these Terms of Service ("Terms"), the terms "Kinnow", “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Kinnow Daily Foods
LLP, and the terms “you”, “your”, or “user” refer to the person using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any
additional terms and conditions referenced herein. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the
Platform.
1. Services
The Platform enables you to subscribe to and receive fresh, healthy breakfast meals on a daily basis,
delivered to your chosen location.
Users can:
Choose from multiple subscription plans (trial, weekly, monthly)
Customize meals and add-ons
Schedule deliveries
Track nutrition information
Make payments online
Delivery is available only in select areas (currently parts of Bangalore). Check availability before
subscribing.
The Company reserves the right to modify services, plans, pricing, and delivery zones at its discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you
may only use the Platform with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. User Account
To place orders, you must create an account using your mobile number and OTP verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities
that occur under your account.
Kinnow shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login
credentials.
4. Payments and Billing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or other methods available on the Platform.
The Platform uses third-party payment gateways. Kinnow is not liable for errors caused by these gateways.
No refunds are provided once a subscription plan is active, except under conditions outlined in our refund
policy.
5. Delivery and Skip Policy
Users can skip meals until 11 PM the night before delivery via the app.
Skipped meals are not refunded but skipped days will deliver the next scheduled meal on the calendar.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and pin location via the app. Kinnow is not
liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address.
If no one is available to receive the order, and it is left as per user instructions, Kinnow is not
responsible for theft or spoilage.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
In rare cases of incorrect or spoiled meals, users must report via support@kinnowdaily.com within 6 hours of delivery, including a
photograph.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including images, text, branding, meal visuals, and UI, is owned or licensed by
Kinnow Daily Foods LLP. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the Platform by attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, introduce malware, or violate any
applicable law.
You may not use the Platform to promote discrimination, hate speech, or share misleading content.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kinnow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operations.
10. Suspension and Termination
Kinnow may suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting customer support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in
Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Communication
By using the Platform, you agree to receive communication from Kinnow via SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or email. You may opt out of promotional communication via settings or support.
14. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at our discretion. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
